Owning the J-435 in Burlington
A finished basement in Erin Mills means the electrician runs conduit around the outside of the house instead of through the ceiling, and the J-435 is worth that extra run: a lounger with 47 jets for the two adults, five seats for everyone else, and a J-400 cabinet that looks finished from the kitchen window. It is the lounge counterpart to the open seating J-445, and the 2025 floor model at $24,995 is the lowest price on our floor for a J-400 lounger.
