Mississauga's west and south end, Clarkson, Lorne Park, Port Credit, Erin Mills and Streetsville, is a short QEW run from our floor, and the city's condo and townhome market is our biggest source of infrared sauna buyers.
Lorne Park and Clarkson have the same pattern as Old Oakville: big treed lots, aging pools and detached garages that mean crane deliveries. Swim spas replacing pools, seven seat J-500 tubs and Serenity cedar saunas on a large lakeshore deck all sell well here. Erin Mills, Meadowvale and Streetsville are established subdivisions with reasonable side yards and a finished basement, so a dolly delivery and a longer electrical run are typical, and the J-375, J-445 and Wellness Shop Ontario S104 are common choices for families.
The condo towers around Square One and the townhome complexes across the city are a different customer. A Clearlight Sanctuary 1 or 2 fits a den or a second bedroom, plugs into the wall and needs no board approval beyond what any appliance does, which is why so many of them go to Mississauga. Terrace hot tubs are possible on some buildings with a Nordic 110V model, but only after the board and an engineer sign off. Mississauga is on municipal water and has its own permit rules, so check with the city.

Take the QEW west past Oakville, exit at Guelph Line in Burlington and turn onto the North Service Road. From Clarkson it is about twenty minutes; from Square One allow thirty-five outside rush hour.
